At BABARONI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Log in to your account or use the 'Order Status' page to initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving your package.

  Await Approval

  Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original condition with tags attached and include the RMA form before shipping via your preferred carrier.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
