How do I choose the correct size for my dress?
We highly recommend checking our size chart and measuring guide before ordering. Since our dresses are made-to-order, we also offer a custom sizing service where you can provide your exact bust, waist, hips, and hollow-to-floor measurements for a perfect fit.
Can I see fabric colors in person before placing a full order?
Yes, we offer fabric swatches for all our materials including chiffon, lace, tulle, and sequins. We recommend ordering swatches first as colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our current processing time for made-to-order dresses is approximately 2-3 weeks, plus an additional 3-7 business days for shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy for bridesmaid dresses?
Standard size dresses can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a partial refund. Please note that custom-sized dresses are made specifically to your measurements and are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
We allow modifications to orders within 24 hours of placement. After this window, our tailors begin the cutting process, and we are unable to change sizes, colors, or styles.
Do you offer discounts for large bridal party orders?
